Starting with our classic cold-pressed, 8 multi-seed high temp cooking oil. This deeply flavoured Spanish inspired oil is gently infused with heaps of Paprika, Garlic, and spices. The oil and ingredients are then traditionally wood smoked for up-to 5 hours over sustainably sourced red hot oak and beech woods. This combination of herbs, spices and smoke, creates a wonderfully realistic chorizo flavour, to be dipped into, drizzled on or even cooked with and its all plant based too!
