Ingredients:

1x medium orange 

30ml x rosemary oil

1 ½  tbsp x djon mustard

1 tbsp x honey 

Pinch of salt

 

Method 

Zest the whole orange and squeeze out the fresh juice. combine the orange zest, juice, rosemary oil, honey, mustard and salt in a bowl and use a whisk or immersion blender to combine, whisk or blend until smooth and consistent. 


Perfect with leaf salads and roasted veg. Lends itself well to accompany Seafood and poultry dishes.
